Our commitment
ClearGlass Inc. is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, voice control, or reduced-motion settings. We measure ourselves against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA as our working target, and we align our practices with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) as an Ontario corporation. This is a statement of commitment and ongoing effort — it is not a claim of certified or third-party-audited conformance.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML landmarks, headings, lists, and labelled navigation so assistive technology can announce page structure.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, and
aria-hiddenon decorative graphics so they are skipped rather than read aloud. - Keyboard operability for interactive controls, with visible focus states.
- Colour and contrast choices reviewed against WCAG 2.2 AA contrast ratios for body text and interface text.
- Respect for the operating-system
prefers-reduced-motionsetting on animated surfaces. - Responsive layouts that reflow to small screens and tolerate text resizing and zoom.
- Accessibility review included when pages and components are added or changed.
Known limitations
Parts of this site are dense, full-viewport operational interfaces — command consoles, map surfaces, telemetry dashboards, and live demo environments. Some of these are visual-first by design and may not yet be fully operable by screen reader or keyboard alone. Embedded video, third-party components, and externally hosted tools may also fall short of our target. Where an interface is not yet accessible, we will provide the same information or service through another channel on request.

Feedback and how to report a barrier
If you hit a barrier on this site, or anything here is hard to use, we want to hear about it. Email desmondotieno@icloud.com with the page address, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology, browser, or device you were using. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within 5 business days and to give you a plan or a fix, or an accessible alternative in the meantime.
Feedback can be sent by email or by any other method that works for you; if a written channel is not accessible to you, say so and we will find one that is.

This statement applies to the public website at www.clearglassinc.com and its subpages. It does not cover third-party sites we link to, whose accessibility we do not control. We review this statement and our accessibility practices as the site changes.
