Ownership and authorized use
Unless a page says otherwise, ClearGlass Inc. owns or controls the text, prompts, diagrams, workflows, brand assets, downloadable files, and source-identifying metadata published on this site. You may link to public pages, quote short excerpts with clear attribution, and use content internally for evaluation. Reproduction, redistribution, automated harvesting, resale, removal of notices, or creation of substantially similar derivative pages requires written permission.
Attribution and source identification
Permitted excerpts must identify ClearGlass Inc. as the source and link to the canonical URL of the original page. Do not remove copyright notices, watermark markers, structured metadata, file hashes, source signatures, or other provenance indicators.
Automation, scraping, and enforcement
Automated access must respect robots directives, rate limits, cache headers, and access controls. We may log referrers, request rates, suspicious sessions, source identifiers, asset signatures, screenshots, hashes, and publication records to detect misuse and support takedown, DMCA, contractual, or other enforcement requests. These controls are intended for proof, control, and enforcement; they are not a guarantee that copying can be absolutely prevented.
Protected materials
High-value prompts, workflows, proprietary logic, customer-specific deliverables, gated downloads, and operational artifacts may be served through authenticated systems, tokenized access, signed URLs, or server-rendered views where available. Public pages expose only the content needed for legitimate browser access, SEO, accessibility, and evaluation.
