Operator actions, system events and AI commands are written to an append-only ledger with severity and actor, so an audit can reconstruct who decided what.
Anything touching credentials, remote execution or data export is scored and routed to a human approval before it runs. Nothing consequential executes unattended.

Yes. Added seats bill pro-rata for the remainder of the period. Removed seats credit against your next invoice rather than being refunded outright.
Annual is billed once for twelve months and works out about 16.7% cheaper — roughly two months free. Monthly is billed every month with no commitment and can be cancelled at any renewal.
Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal so you keep what you paid for. Pausing is available on annual plans for up to 60 days once per term.
