Nothing is charged during the trial. At the end, the plan you chose begins billing at the number of people you set. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged at all.
Yes. People added mid-period bill pro-rata for the remainder. People removed credit against your next invoice rather than being refunded outright.
Annual is billed once for twelve months and works out about 17% cheaper — roughly two months free. Monthly is billed every month with no commitment and can be cancelled at any renewal.
Yes. Migration from an existing provider is included with Complete and available as a one-time service on the other plans. We do the move with you rather than handing you a guide.
Cancel from your account in one step. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Refund and cancellation terms are set out in the terms of service.
